The name Bold Yoga comes from the decision to choose yourself—even when it feels inconvenient, imperfect, or messy. Practicing yoga in the middle of postpartum recovery, between work meetings, or while navigating big transitions is saying, “I matter” without needing permission. That's what boldness looks like here.
The intention is to offer simple, authentic yoga practices that fit your life as it is now—to build strength, foster calm, and spark moments of joy. Each class is designed from real-life experience, with the belief that yoga should adapt to you, not the other way around.

Hi, I'm Fedora Bianca—a software engineer, yoga teacher, and mum navigating the intersections of work, movement, and motherhood. Over a decade of writing code has taught me how closely stress and posture are connected. My own pregnancy and postpartum journey deepened that understanding, showing me just how powerful—and vulnerable—our bodies can be.
